B. 24

SYAHRUL MUKAROM 183211051 b.24 My opinion about the story is short tittle and very simple, but difficult to understanding it. I don’t know about a reason of the author to give tittle “b24”. This is make the reader ask about it, and make the story very interesting. The reader must know that we can take many moral messages from the story. About the law, injustice, and the rich. The parcipants of the story are Thief as suspected, Lady Mannering as a murderer, lord mannering as victim, and judge.       About the thief, although he was thief  because he have one reason and direction to do it. To continue he life, he have not the work that time. He just thief not the other.      At the assembly the thief tell about the event step by step, one by one, but no one was listened and the judge not believed about explanation him, still to accused that murderer is him.      From the story we must know about injustice from the law. “blunt above, and pointed down”. When minority or from poor pe

The similiarities of XXXTentacion and Tupac Shakur’s life (Monthly Task)

The similiarities of XXXTentacion and Tupac Shakur’s life Tupac Shakur’s and and Jahseh Onfroy as the popular name called XXXTentacion was a famous rapper at his era. Both were dead at young age. Tupac’s at 25 years old and XXXTentacion at 20 years old. The surface-level similarities between Tupac and XXXTentacion make it somewhat understandable. For starters, there was a shared volatility between them. Both were very notable for their I-don’t- care attitudes. Take a look back at the unforgettable footage of Tupac, with a bandana tied around his head and clad in a Detroit Red Wings jersey, spitting at reporters after exiting the Supreme Court building in New York City in July 1994. XXX on the other hand, operated with complete impetuousness. He fought fans. His willingness to say anything to anyone resulted in him disrespecting Drake and Drizzy’s mother. ’Pac and XXX were frequently breaking the law. Tupac’s at April 1993 arrest for trying to hit rapper Chauncey Wynn with a

A Fun Way to Learn Reading

A Fun Way to Learn Reading Not always, learning English (especially reading) is boring. Mr. Vilya proved it. On September 26, 2018, Mr. Vilya taught us in a class about narrative text. Before that day, Mr Vilya divided his students into some groups. Each group must make a poster describing the story determined by Mr. Vilya. Each group got a different story. On September 26, 2018, each group must present the results of their poster to Mr. Vilya. Apparently, all the posters made by each group are very interesting. One of them belongs to group 6, which consists of Ulya, Arynaa, Izmi, and Ata. Group 6 got a story titled "The Tell-Tale Heart". This story told of someone who killed an old man, because the perpetrator was upset with the old man's eyes. The perpetrator then hid the old man's body under the floor board. At the end of the story, the perpetrator confessed his crime to the police. Group 6 made their posters with the following steps: 1. Determin

Moral Value of The Magic Shop By H.G Wells

Gambar
The short story titled The magic shop by H.G Wells is an interesting fiction story. This story tells a lot of unique new things. Besides the interesting things I also found moral values like: 1. The intelligent parents will understand how to protect and give everything what their son need. 2. Always listen to exprert. They will tell You what can't be done and why then do it. 3. Every human being has a mind that can develop imagination even sometimes beyond reason. By: Febiana Kusumastuti/183211047

Opinion about The Happy Prince story

The Happy Prince 8. Your opinion about the story In my opinion after I have read this story of The Happy Prince, I think the story is very interesting because the caracter in the story is unique,  the Happy Prince that was gilded all over with thin leaves of fine gold, for eyes he had two bright sapphires, and a large red ruby glowed on his sword-hilt. He is the statue, but that interesting in the story is he can feel, look, and cry. This story was categoriesin the fictitious story because much the events that not reasonable. Although much event that  not reasonable, but the story of The Happy Prince can give the moral value and sosial value when the Happy Prince give his mine to other people that need helped in around of the palace. But i think if the cildren read this story, may be they will little confused about the story because it use the assortment plot. But overall it's interesting story. The Moral Values of RIP Van Winkle

Gambar
The Moral Values of RIP Van Winkle By : Washington Irving The moral values that I have seen from 'Rip Van Winkle story is that time goes on and things keep changing whether a person is there or not. In the story, Rip takes a 21 year nap, but time does not stop the world keeps changing. Even though Rip is not aware of all of the changes going on, its still happen. When he awakes, Rip finds that there are some changes that he likes. For example, when he was going to the place where there had been a school and asked the crowd that had gathered and somebody said that everything had changed and finally he found his daughter. There were also some changes he didn't like, such as his dog getting older and his children growing up although Rip Van Winkle had been upset because he missed many important events. So the moral of the story is time does not wait the world will keep moving forward and changing . These things will happen even if someone is not ready for them! Ot

Atmosphere Places of The Magic Shop

Gambar
There are only a few scenes in this story, from everywhere to a different atmosphere. Here I will tell you about the atmosphere in some of these incidents in my opinion. 1. Regent Street This is where the story starts, there is no interesting event and the situation is normal. In this street, this magic shop is located. Gip's Father was surprised that there is a shop like this in this place. This is indicated by the words of Gip's father,"I had not thought the place was there, to tell the truth--a modest-sized frontage in Regent Street, between the picture shop and the place where the chicks run about just out of patent incubators". In this place, the final part of the conflict is that the Gip's father is suddenly unconscious of being in that place. And in this place the story ends. At the end of the story, Gip's father feels restless because he hasn't had time to pay for the shopman who has given 4 parcels. 2. In the Magic Shop In this place there ar

Some of Conflicts of "THE TELL TALE HEART"

SOME OF CONFLICTS OF THE TELL-TALE HEART I even loved him. He had never hurt me. I did not want his money. I think   it was his eye. His eye was like the eye of a vulture, they of one of those terrible birds that watch and wait while an animal dies, and then fall open the dead body and pull it to pieces to eat it.when the old man looked   at me with his vulture eye a cold feeling went up and down my back, even my blood became   cold. And so, i finally   decided i had to kill the old man and close   that eye forever. During   all of that week i was as friendly to the old man as i could be, and warm, and loving. Every night about twelve o’clock i slowly opened his door. And when the door was opened wide enough   i put my hand in, and the my head. In my hand i held a light covered over with a   cloth so that no light showed. And i stood there quietly. And every morning i went to his room, and with a warm, friendly voice i asked him how he   had slept.   The eighth night was more

The Lesson of Life "The Body Snatcher"

Life Quotes To face the life in this world is very difficult. We certainly have problems in this world. And problems   come from the point of view of life, examining every side of a person's faith regardless of the status of one's life. Some people say life is a problem. Problem is lesson. Without problems, we will not be able to get life lessons, and will not be able to deal with every life problems. So, we must be able to take a lesson from a problem even though it is other people's problems. And in this time I will discuss about the life lessons that can be obtained from the story of "The Body Snatcher" which written by Robert Louis Stevensen in 1884. Even the story of "The Body Snatcher" is a fictional story, in it the auther discussed a criminal case, where Professor K told Macferlane and Fettes to collect fresh corpses that have just been buried from a cemetery for anatomical material study. The first lesson we can take is:

Review story of "The Happy Prince"

Gambar
THE HAPPY PRINCE by Oscar Wilde High above the city, on a tall column, stood the statue of the Happy Prince. He was gilded all over with thin leaves of fine gold, for eyes he had two bright sapphires, and a large red ruby glowed on his sword-hilt. Then he saw the statue on the tall column. “What a curious thing!” he cried; “there is not a single cloud in the sky, the stars are quite clear and bright, and yet it is raining. The eyes of the Happy Prince were filled with tears, and tears were running down his golden cheeks. His face was so beautiful in the moonlight that the little Swallow was filled with pity. “Who are you?” he said. “I am the Happy Prince.” “Why are you weeping then?” asked the Swallow. “When I was alive and had a human heart,” answered the statue, ”I did not know what tears were. My courtiers called me the Happy Prince, and happy indeed I was, if pleasure be happiness. So I lived, and so I died. "will you not stay with me for one night, and be my mess
