The land of five towers is the first book in a trilogy, Ranah 3 Warna and Rantau 1 Muara written by Ahmad Fuadi - a former TEMPO and VOA. This book is very inspiring and there are many moral massage like reaching dreams, facing problems, never give up and etc.

this novel tells, that Alif has never set foot outside of West Sumatra, he spent his childhood days searching for fallen durian fruit in the junggle, playing soccer on rice paddies,and swimming in the blue waters of lake maninjau. His mother wants him to attend an islamic boarding school, while he dreams of public high school in Bandung. Halfheartedly, he follows his mothers wishes. He finds himself on a grueling three days bus ride from Sumatra to Madani Pesantren in a village on Java. Which is now known as the modern islamic boarding school of Gontor, Ponorogo.

On his first day at Madani Pesantren, Alif is captivated by the powerfull phrase 'MAN JADDA WAJADA'.Who give his best try will get the best result. United by punishment, he quickly becomes friends with five boys from across the archipelago, there are Baso come from Gowa, Atang come from Bandung, Raja come from Medan, Sa'id come from Surabaya, and Dulmajid come from Madura. They become known as the 'SHAHIBUL MENARA'.

Beneath the mosque's tower, the boys gaze at the clouds on the horizon, seeing in them their individuals dream of far away lands, like America and Europe. Where would these dreams take them??? they didn't know, what they did know was never understimate dreams, no matter how  high they may be. God truly is the listener.

this novel based on the true story of Ahmad Fuadi, and the best of all these series of books is 'believe in God' in every step of our life. Ahmad Fuadi is someone who reminds us to keep working hard in life and who managed to write a book that is very easy to understand  the language by everyone. SYAHRUL MUKAROM 183211051 b.24 My opinion about the story is short tittle and very simple, but difficult to understanding it. I don’t know about a reason of the author to give tittle “b24”. This is make the reader ask about it, and make the story very interesting. The reader must know that we can take many moral messages from the story. About the law, injustice, and the rich. The parcipants of the story are Thief as suspected, Lady Mannering as a murderer, lord mannering as victim, and judge.       About the thief, although he was thief  because he have one reason and direction to do it. To continue he life, he have not the work that time. The Moral Values of RIP Van Winkle By : Washington Irving The moral values that I have seen from 'Rip Van Winkle story is that time goes on and things keep changing whether a person is there or not. In the story, Rip takes a 21 year nap, but time does not stop the world keeps changing. Even though Rip is not aware of all of the changes going on, its still happen. When he awakes, Rip finds that there are some changes that he likes. For example, when he was going to the place where there had been a school and asked the crowd that had gathered and somebody said that everything had changed and finally he found his daughter. There were also some changes he didn't like, such as his dog getting older and his children growing up although Rip Van Winkle had been upset because he missed many important events.
